Why choose pure water window cleaning?

Pure Water Cleaning Pure Water Cleaning
  • It’s healthier for the local environment: pure water cleaning is a window cleaning technique which uses purified water rather than regular mains water and detergents – so there are no chemicals are left to leach into the ground.
  • Pure water cleaning gets your windows cleaner. As there are no detergents, no streaks are left on the windows after a pure water cleaning treatment. Every time a detergent is used, it leaves a thin film of grease on the surface that has been cleaned. Using pure water means this doesn’t happen – your windows and the surrounding PVC are left spotless.
  • The windows stay cleaner for longer, so you won’t need to have them cleaned as often.
  • Interior cleaning as well as exterior cleaning. Pure water window cleaning is suitable for cleaning windows indoors, as well as the exterior surfaces. For maximum shine and visibility, treat your windows to an interior clean as well as just cleaning the outside – you’ll be delighted with the results.
  • UPVC window frames are cleaned at the same time, at no extra cost.
  • Pure water cleaning is less intrusive – the cleaning is done with water-fed poles which can reach up to 65 feet – that’s 6 or 7 storeys of a building. The operators can clean the windows from the safety of the ground, giving you greater privacy.
  • Less risk of damage to property – with the operators on the ground, there’s less chance of feet accidentally going through windows or kicking roof tiles.
  • Clean difficult-to-reach windows and surfaces – using poles rather than ladders, it’s possible to clean windows in awkward spots such as above conservatories. We also clean conservatory roofs.

How it Works...

The effect of pure water cleaning is often compared to the ‘Monsoon effect’ – in dry areas during the hot summer months, the air can feel dusty and uncomfortable to breathe. During a monsoon, fresh water falling from the clouds catches hold of the dust and impurities in the air flushes them away, and afterwards the air feels fresher and cleaner.

Purified water used in cleaning has a similar effect. The dirt and grime is loosened by a brush, and then is simply flushed away by a stream of pure water.

There is no need for detergent because in purified water there are no mineral deposits. Regular tap water is full of dissolved minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which leave white residues on glass after the water evaporates. Without these present, there is no need for detergent to wash them away. The windows can be left to dry and are left completely clean.
